Tip: Serve with poultry or ham.

1	12 oz. package	cranberries
1	cup	sugar
1	cup	water
1	3 inch long	McCormick® Cinnamon Stick
1/2	teaspoon	McCormick® Orange Peel
1/2	teaspoon	McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

• 1. Place all ingredients except vanilla in large saucepan. Stir to combine.
• 2. Heat to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes or until very thick, stirring occasionally.
• 3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.
• 4. Remove and discard cinnamon stick and stir in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  Makes 1 3/4 cups
